Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-day returns – no questions asked
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it for any reason, without giving a justification. Wherever you are in the world, this period is at least as long as the legal minimum in the European Union (14 days).

To start a return, email us at lagartobailarin@use.startmail.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory. We will reply with the return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping costs: for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, returning it costs you nothing.

Condition of the item: you may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If it is returned damaged due to handling beyond what is needed to check its nature and functioning, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.

2. Refunds
We will refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving your return request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method at no cost to you. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.

3. Defective, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us at lagartobailarin@use.startmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee that applies in your country (3 years in Spain, a minimum of 2 years in the rest of the EU).

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. If local law gives you greater protection, that law prevails.
